Assistant Principal's
Message
Every new school year
brings new visions, goals and challenges.
As we begin the new school year 2007-2008, we envision how to
improve the excellent results we accomplished at Lakeview Elementary
last school year.
Just like in the past, our
crew will work diligently to provide our students with
opportunities to enhance their academic achievements.
We will work together to learn innovative ways on how our
students can be successfully taught despite the challenges we may
have to face in the forth coming months.
As educators we will continue to
work on achieving the “dream”.
I would like to leave you with
an insert from Dr. Martin Luther King’s speech delivered on August
28, 1963:
I say to you today, my
friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the
moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deep
rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that
one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of
its creed: “We hold these truths to be
self-evident: that all men are created equal.”
At Lakeview Elementary School
we are committed to Equity and Excellence!
Let’s have a wonderful school
year!
Mrs. Beatriz Coto
